If you do not understand your estimate, or any part of the repair process, we will gladly explain it to you. Estimates are written in our "Customer Interaction Center" where we have dual computer screens, which allows you to see where your money is going while we're writing your estimate. ♦Insurance Company Communication This is a collision repair industry must. Keeping in contact with your insurance company allows us to be sure that all processes will be paid for. ♦Free Estimates Estimates free of charge are also common in the collision repair industry. Why change a good thing? However, we are one of the only shops in the Champaign-Urbana area offering free estimates on Saturdays.  ♦Rental Car Set-up If you need a rental car we will gladly arrange one for you, adding the cost to your repair bill so you can pay all at once. We can even make rental arrangements for you if you insurance company is covering the cost!		Payment Methods ♦ Insurance Work We work with ALL insurance companies. Contrary to popular belief, YOU choose where your vehicle is repaired, not your insurance company. Insurance companies, by law, cannot force you to use a specific collision repair facility, and they cannot deny your claim because of the collision repair facility you choose. If you have any questions when dealing with an insurance company, feel free to give us a call. We'll help you out in any way we can. Are you going to report to your insurance company? If so, contact them as soon as possible. They will give you a claim number and tell you if they will write their own estimate, or if they want you to get an estimate at a collision repair facility.  Do you already have an insurance estimate? You can bring it over, or just pop it into the nearest fax machine and send it to 217-531-2693 along with your name and phone number. You can also email it to MMiller@5DCollision.com. We will match the estimate, and contact you to schedule a date for the repair! It's that easy. You may have a deductible amount on your policy. Please check the amount of your deductible BEFORE repairs are initiated. You will be responsible to pay that amount before your vehicle can be released. If your insurance company issues a check to you, you are responsible for getting that amount to the collision repair center of your choice. You can sign the check over to the company, or cash it yourself. ♦ Customer Pay We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A small deposit for parts may be necessary upon scheduling. If you cancel your appointment, 5D may be charged a restocking fee for returning the parts for your repair. ♦ Fleet 5D will work with your company to keep your fleet vehicles looking pristine.
