Testimonials/Janu.jpg"From 5D's "step up" notice on the door to the great coffee bar and door-to-door driving me home and picking me up, I was knocked out by their customer-oriented attitude.  I own and operate my own service business in C-U (C-U Pet Sitting Service) and know what it takes to go that extra bit to be the best in service... and 5D has SOOO accomplished it!  Ingrid did a great job viewing the damage to my Prius and listening to my budget-oriented desire to do a paint job that did not involve an expensive repair that I cannot afford this year.  Their 2-screen computer was unique and meant that I could ask her questions and pick out only the most essential work (but also seeing what it would cost to do a complete repair down the line, when I have more money to spend).  She didn't mind at all that I was doing a nickel-and-dime run on her estimate, and the extra time that took.  I went home and thought about 5D as compared to the other two collsions repair estimates I'd received -- and it was an easy choice to go with 5D. 
Not only was their estimate $158 cheaper than (NAME OF LOCAL SHOP OMITTED) (for exactly the same work), but it was a full $936 less than (SECOND LOCAL SHOP)! (SECOND LOCAL SHOP)(stay away from them!) said they could not paint without doing the repair because the paint wouldn't hold to a curve.  Really?  What a load of lies! (FIRST LOCAL SHOP) wanted to keep the car 3-4 days to do the work, (SECOND LOCAL SHOP) needed it at least 7 days -- and 5D had it completed in just 1.5 days, with 2 days' wait to bring it in.  Should a client need to wait in the 5D shop (I never did), there's a wonderful living-room-like lounge with inviting leather couches and a huge wall TV plus free coffee bar (head and shoulders above what was offered at (FIRST LOCAL SHOP), and (SECOND LOCAL SHOP) two chairs by the door were in a reception area so heavily perfumed that I preferred to wait outside in the cold).  Of course the paint job itself that 5D accomplished was beautiful.  But my car was returned as clean as the day I bought it in December 2005.  They vacuumed not only the driver's area or front half, but the entire car front to rear -- and that meant moving a lot of my business items out of the backseat and rear, vacuuming under them, and returning them.  Let me admit that I've NEVER vacuumed the car's interior myself, so it really needed it!  I will have to ask them how they got the touch screen spotless (I've tried cleaning it and never done as good a job).  They washed the outside so it was gleeming, and I park under a tree so there was stuff hardened onto the hood.  And all that cleaning was completely FREE, since the final charge was exactly what their estimate had been.  I may have to have them clean it for me forever in the future, as I'll never be able to do THAT good a job myself!
Bottom line:  Fifth Dimension is the best collision repair shop in the area.  Do yourself a favor and hire the most competent people to help you through a trying time. You'll save money, time and headaches by letting these experts take care of you and your vehicle."

I knew we simply could not afford any major repairs on our own, and I assumed the worst (regarding insurance companies AND collision repair companies), rather than hoped for the best.  Fifth Dimension is such a pleasant surprise!  Thank you for being patient with explaining everything in detail, and for being our mediator with the insurance company. I am no longer worried about this!"

I drove in with a car which was deteriorating, and drove out with a masterpiece.  The team at Fifth Dimension restored my 1956 Citroen to like-new condition with scrupulous attention to detail, authenticity, and reasonable pricing.  The folks at Fifth Dimension were enthusiastic, hard-working, easy to access, responsive to suggestions, and genuinely concerned with producing a high-quality restoration. They went out of their way to obtain the proper parts, and diligently researched the correct look for this vintage vehicle.  In fact, the car now matches a research photo obtained by their staff. I could not be happier and would recommend the service to anyone owning a vehicle of any era. If one takes a look at the "before and after" images, it is hard to believe that they are the same vehicle.Simply outstanding!!

I had a Nissan Quest repaired at 5d. Excellent to work with and excellent job. Since then my mom has had her Buick Enclave repaired at 5D and my wife's cousin had the cab floor and rocker panels redone in his classic 1977 Chevy pickup. All were very satisfied. I was happy to recommend 5D!!
