 Stop by 5D for a free estimate Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, or Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm.

OR

Fax, email, or drop off a copy of your insurance estimate.
5D works with all insurance companies and will match all insurance estimates.

Schedule repairs at your convenience. We can arrange a rental car for you at the time of scheduling.
5D is even open on Saturdays for drop offs and pick ups.

If you are going through an insurance company, be sure to check if you will be responsible for a deductible.

5D will complete repairs to our high quality standards and finish the repair with a complimentary car wash.

All charges must be paid in full before a vehicle can be released.
We accept, cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Upon pickup, you will be given a customer satisfaction and warranty registration,
which must be completed to validate your warranty.
Our warranty covers our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

After the repair:

Complete your customer survey and print your warranty.

To insure the proper care of our top of line Standox paint:

Avoid polishing or waxing your vehicle for 90 days.

Avoid commercial car washes for 90 days.
(Soft cloth car washes, such as
Triple T are okay.)
